A new report from VICE claims that the PC release of Grand Theft Auto VI could arrive sooner than many expected. This information comes from a discussion during the September 4 episode of the VGC podcast, where veteran gaming journalist Andy Robinson mentioned that there has been 'a bit of noise' in the industry regarding an earlier PC launch.

Robinson specifically stated, 'I do think they’ll push the PC version up... that perhaps the PC version might arrive sooner than some people might expect.' However, it remains unclear whether Robinson has a specific source for this information or if he is referring to general industry speculation.

Additionally, VGC highlighted that PS5 and PS5 Pro consoles may be 'hard to come by' at the time of the game's launch in November. This has led to speculation that Rockstar could potentially expedite the PC release to accommodate players who may struggle to find a console to play GTA 6 on.

At the time of writing, Rockstar Games has not commented on a GTA 6 PC GTA VI Release Date or confirmed any details regarding its launch. However, Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick previously discussed the absence of a Windows version at launch, explaining that Rockstar prioritizes console releases to serve their core consumer base.
