Burger Shot Comes to Life
A real-life version of Burger Shot, a popular fast food restaurant from the Grand Theft Auto series, is set to open at the Kaseya Center, home of the Miami Heat. According to reports from IGN, this move is part of Rockstar Games' extensive marketing efforts leading up to the release of GTA 6 on November 19, 2026.
Images and information shared by a fan on X reveal that the Kaseya Center has rebranded its burger restaurant as Burger Shot, featuring Vice City-themed decor. However, it remains unclear if the menu will include items inspired by the in-game restaurant, which is known for its satirical take on fast food chains like McDonald's and Burger King.
In GTA, Burger Shot offers items such as 'The Heartstopper,' a burger with seven patties. The real-life location may not replicate the menu, but the branding adds a fun element for fans.
Additionally, reports suggest that Rockstar plans to sell some of the beer brands featured in GTA 6 at bars within Miami, although it is unknown if these will be available outside of Florida.
Miami Heat's Vice City Night
As part of the promotional campaign, the Miami Heat will host a special game on November 18, where they will transform into the 'Vice City Heat.' The team will wear new jerseys and play on a GTA 6-themed court, further immersing fans in the game's world.
Rockstar has invested heavily in marketing, including a $975,000 neon sign atop the Kaseya Center that reads 'Welcome to Vice City.' Fans have also spotted flashy GTA-branded sports cars around Miami, suggesting a live-action advertising campaign is in the works.
GTA 6 Launch Approaches
With less than a month until the launch of GTA 6, excitement is building in Miami. The game is set to release on November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. While a PC version is rumored to be in development for early next year, no official announcement has been made regarding its release.
